Cohesion Strategy strengthens the relationships and shared understanding that make collective action possible by supporting funders and organizations already working across difference to:

Where conflict is present, we surface disagreements with care and attention, so that participants can better understand themselves and their values, ultimately leading to better and more effective collaboration.

Facilitated a multi-faith group of advisors recommending strategic responses to community conflict at the Chautauqua Institution.
